Yurina: Tsuukai Berryz Oukoku, konban-nachurii! This is Berryz Koubou’s Kumai Yurina!
Risako: Konban-nachurii! This is Sugaya Risako!

Yurina: We, the ones in charge of “freshness” in Berryz Koubou, will present Tsuukai Berryz Oukoku. Today’s Joou-sama will be me, Kumai Yurina~.
Risako: Yay!
Yurina: Yay!
Risako: Kumai-chan, right?
Yurina: Yes! I’ll give my best!
Risako: Let’s give our best!
Yurina: So, Miya is absent this week too...
Risako: Why? Why?
Yurina: Maybe she’s still looking for you, Risako. (Risako was absent for four weeks. After she came back, Miya is now absent for the second week. =O)
Risako: Ara~, we may’ve passed each other.
Yurina: Yeah, just what kind of neighbourhood could she be in right now? Well, today is just the two of us again, but let’s keep up working hard like last week.
Risako: Yeah, right. We can do it even if it’s only the two of us.
Yurina: Yeah, we can, ne.
Risako: It’s all right.
Yurina: Yeah, while we wait for her, let’s work hard. So, the new school term has begun. That was fast! Risako is now a koukousei! (it’s equivalent to a senior high schooler)
Risako: Yatta! I will be joining Koukou! (koukou = senior high school)
Yurina: Ne? That was really fast. Everyone was in elementary school when we debuted.
Risako: I just can’t believe it.
Yurina: Now, finally the youngest one has turned into a koukousei. We all became more like adults.
Risako: Ne, we did.
Yurina: Is there anything you want to work hard on after joining Koukou?
Risako: Yeah, I would like to work on my English. Not a little, but work a lot on it.
Yurina: Work hard, right?
Risako: I Will!
Yurina: As for me, I’m in second year of koukou! That was fast!
Risako: That was fast, ne.
Yurina: ya~, since the second year is the midway of Koukou, next year I will be graduating, so I would like to go through it without regrets.
Risako: Hai!

Tsuukai maji atsu-talk!

Yurina: Well, now it’s time for the Tsuukai maji atsu-talk corner! On this corner, one of us brings in a really hot talk topic, then we’ll discuss about it. The one who will choose the topic today will be…
Risako: Hai!
Yurina: Sugaya Risako!
Risako chose “herself” as today’s topic. She says although she’s gone to the movies recently, she’s really into books again, and reads about two, three books a day, and she really likes Ishida Ira’s books.
Risako: There are books that move me a lot. I like movies too, but movies have pictures right? There are voices too, but with books, you’ve got to read with your own eyes (that’s what she says!). I think I like it better this way.
Also, she says her nickname has changed. Before, Risako and captain were on stage with Melon Kinenbi, and there, Melon Kinenbi was to think of new nicknames for both of them. For Risako, they had suggestions, like Richaado (Richard xD), Risu (risu = squirrel), but in the end, the one they decided on was Chaari (Charlie ^^). She says she still wants people to call her Rii-chan, or Risako, but people can freely call her Chaari too^^. Also, she says there’s been a change in the things she likes too. She says she likes ramen, but recently, she’s been into “ecologically made”(??? I don’t know exactly what she means with this…) takoyaki, yakitori, curry and other stuff.
Risako: What else… about myself… ask me something.
Yurina: Eh? *laughs XD
Risako: Is there anything?
Yurina: Then, what do you like about yourself?
Risako: Something I like about me… that I’m a lot negative.
Yurina: Eh? Really?
Risako goes on about this. If it’s something about someone else, she says everything’s all right, and all, but if she’s the one being told this, she goes “Haa~…”. She corrects, thanks to Yurina, that it’s not this that she likes, but rather that she has a positive side, as well as a negative one.
Risako: I’m sorry, that wasn’t a really hot talk.
Yurina: It was more like” happenings/events of your own” Series

Tsuukai itte hoshii no!

Yurina: From now on, it’s time for the “Tsuukai itte hoshii no!” corner. This corner is really simple, we gather lines you want us to say, then we say it, that’s all there is to it. Yurina: “Situation: You always get to say things like a cute girl, this time, confess your love assuming the position of a cool boy:”
Risako: I can’t see any- anything, but you. Hai, sorry, sorry.
Yurina: Just now, it was a little… Let’s try again. xD
Risako: I can’t see anything, but you.
NOTE: the word Risako uses for “I” is generally only said by man.
Yurina: Woooo, that was cool! You had an expression that made you kinda look like a man.
Risako: Eh? Really?
Yurina: I think it was really good.

Second mail:
Risako: “This one I would like Kumai-san to say.
Situation: The boy you’re always having a quarrel with was going to have his last match as a member of his club, and you went to see it. Even after putting a good fight, this boy’s team lost. To the boy who was shedding large drops of tears:”
Yurina: “You have done your best, haven’t you? You were pretty cool. Don- Don’t get me wrong! It’s not like I’m praising you!”
Risako: *laughs
Yurina: That was hard. But it kinda had a new feeling to it, something we didn’t have until now.

Third mail:
Yurina: “Miyabi-chan, Yurina-chan, Risako-chan, Konban-nachurii!”
Risako: Konban-Nachurii!
Yurina: “I thought of a short skit involving Risako and someone else taking the role of boyfriend.
Risako: Curry? (NOTE: boyfriend = kare, curry = karee, so she misheard it)
Yurina: boyfriend.
Risako: ah, boyfriend, ne.
Yurina: curry *laughs
Risako: Ok, ok.
Yurina: “Situation: At the ending of your date, the sun is already setting and it begins to get dark. When you’re on the way home, say this with a ‘little devil’/mischievous feeling:”. Then, I’ll take on the boyfriend role.
Risako: “Ne, I’m a little tired. Carry me in your arms a little.”
Yurina: “Eh? But people could see us.”
Risako: “That’s alright. I’m asking you, please!”
Yurina: “It can’t be helped then…”
Risako: “You love this cute girl that I am, right?”
Yurina: Oooooh! That was really something!
Risako: There’s no way I would say something like this! Really…
Yurina: It’s something you can only hear here, right?
Risako: Yeah.

Fourth mail:
Risako: “Miyabi-chan, Yurina-chan, Risako-chan, Konban-nachurii!”
Yurina: Konban-nachurii!
Risako: “I would like Yurina-chan to say this one. On the six years of Berryz event, Kumai-chan said this: ‘Enjoy dake de wa ikite ikenai’ (something like you can’t live on just having fun, I guess). That was a funny line. Then, combining this with Berryz Koubou’s ‘Anata Nashi de wa Ikite Yukenai’, make it Kumai-chan’s solo debut song. Then, please say it like on a CM.”
Yurina: Say like making a CM, right?
Risako: Yeah.
Yurina: “Kumai Yurina’s solo debut single ‘Enjoy dake wa ikite ikenai’, now on sale!” *laughs
Risako: *laughs*. Since it’s on the radio, you couldn’t see it, but she was making gestures.

Last mail:
Yurina: “Situation: Today you had a job on another locality, so you two had to stay in a hotel. Risako always opens a cup ramen tomo no kai (I dunno what’s this, maybe a portion for 2 people? Literally tomo no kai means a friend meeting) then eat together with Chinami-chan, but today she isn’t there, so Risako will eat with Yurina. Now, now, can Yurina-chan skillfully prepare it?”
Risako: “We’ll now begin our cup ramen tomo no kai meeting! Stand up! Bow! Now, Kumai-chan, add the hot water.”
Yurina: “Ok, I’ll put it! Ei!”
Risako: “Keep going, Kumai-chan, keep adding.”
Yurina: “ok, about this much?”
Risako: “Add some more, some more.”
Yurina: “Then I’ll add a lot more! Ei! Ei!”
Risako: “Ah! Stop, stop! Ah~ you put too much! It’s overflowing.”
Yurina: “Arara~ gomenchai!” (gomenchai is the same as gomennasai, but it’s more of a cute/baby talk-like way of saying it^^)
Risako: Kawaii!
Yurina: *laughs
Risako: This was fun, ne?
Yurina: It was fun!
Risako: This series may be good. ^^
Yurina: Yeah, I would like people to send more of this series.
